Enrolment Update

As of February 6, 2026, the PERFORM trial has officially reached 13 enrolled patients. This early momentum is fantastic, and we want to extend a big thank you to Dr. Ricardo Becker at the Hospital de Clínicas de Porto Alegre and Dr. Kenneth Gundle at the Oregon Health and Science University and their research teams for their contributions over the past month. Congratulations to our recent sites who became activated and enrolment-ready in the last month: University of Colorado Anschutz led by Dr. Steven Thorpe, Albany Medical Center led by Dr. Matthew DiCaprio, and the University of Cincinnati Medical Center led by Dr. Samir Sabharwal. With everyone’s collaboration, we are confident we can hit 50 enrolments by the end of the year and maybe even surpass it. Every patient enrolled brings us one step closer to answering meaningful research questions and advancing care for MBD patients worldwide. Let’s keep this energy going and make it happen!
